See how content shapes your mood

The Digital Health Score is a 1-5, green-to-red AI-powered rating system that reveals the mental health impact of the content you consume online. No more over-complex terms and conditions. No more hovering over your child’s every move. No more fear. Just a simple, clear rating system.
The idea for the Digital Health Score came after reading about Molly Russell’s tragic death from exposure to harmful online content. It sounded an urgent alarm about the dangers young people face online. Yet, despite the growing toll on children, meaningful change remains out of reach. We're tired of the excuses for why things aren't changing, and so we've created a solution.
We’ve brought together passionate volunteers from Harvard, Imperial, UCL, King’s, Bristol, and Brighton to develop an advanced AI model that scores online content. We’ve then teamed up with young people, students, parents, clinicians, and leading think tanks to refine our model - working as a community to make it smarter, fairer, and more effective.
Our mission? To build a tool that can put control back in your hands and make the internet a safer, more empowering space for everyone.
Our product isn’t perfect - yet.
There’s a reason this has never been done before. No one has ever asked real people how a website makes them feel. Sentiment has focused on using emotions to increase sales, not to improve mental health.
We’re changing that.
With the help of students, parents, aunties, uncles, and concerned citizens, we’re on a mission to annotate 1,000,000 websites, training our AI to truly understand the mental health implications of online content. The more we learn, the smarter our model becomes, bringing us closer to a safer, more transparent internet for everyone.
